My passion is blending professional clinical massage therapy with holistic care, providing relief and comfort directly where it’s needed most—at home.

After completing my education at the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Denver, Colorado, I specialized in clinical massage therapy and mastered over 12 distinct therapeutic modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and Post-Operative Recovery. My experience spans diverse professional settings, from working with elite athletes in the UFC and NHL in 2016, to providing therapeutic care in hospital environments like Bromenn Medical in Bloomington (2017) and Hopedale Medical in Hopedale, Illinois.

With over 10 years of in-home massage therapy practice across Colorado, New Mexico, Missouri, and Illinois, I've developed a keen understanding of delivering professional care within the comforting surroundings of home. My five-year tenure at Aches Away Massage Specialists in Bloomington under the mentorship of Don Thorpe deeply reinforced my dedication to clinical massage, pain management, and overall wellness.

Above all, my proudest role is being a mother to my three amazing daughters, aged 2, 3, and 9. Parenthood has greatly deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to helping others find relief, comfort, and dignity through personalized caregiving.
