Where Do You Provide Your Services?

I Booked My Appointment, Now What?

Congrats! You're one step closer to a little more peace of mind. You can expect a phone call from me within 24 hours to confirm your appointment, go over expectations or requests, and confirm your service total. I Have a Massage Booked, Do I Have To Be Alone?

Having your massage therapy brought to you means that we tailor your therapy around your life. However it is preferred that while you receive treatment, you're able to do so in an enclosed space, away from the kids or common distractions. This might mean a set up in a spare bedroom, a different level of the house, or office space. Living areas work just fine, but please note that for your privacy, I do ask all window treatments are covered. These rules are the same in any "spa" setting.

Do I Have to Get Fully Undressed For My Massage?

First and foremost, massage therapy is meant to give you pain releif and relaxation of mind and body. While fully undressing is preffered to allow for a full body massage, it is not necessary if you are not comfortable with it. Every massage if uniquely tailored to your needs and I work with you on achieving whatever pain or stress relief goal you have. How Do I Pay?

All services can be prepaid through online checkout, or you can opt to pay on arrival on your appointment date. If you opt for the pay on arrival method, payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or I will have a point of sale system with me to accept credit card payments.

I will go over all services and final price with you during the confirmation call so you know exactly what to expect. You will also receive a printed invoice detailing your services upon arrival.

Are You Insured?

Absolutely! I have held insurance for my massage practice for nearly 10 years, providing peace of mind for both myself and my clients.

Do I Need To Provide Anything For My Massage?

Not A Thing!

For massage services, I bring my own mobile massage table, hypoallergenic lotions, as well as a heated blanket if you prefer having one.

What Kind Of Products Do You Use?

All massage lotions are fragrance free and hypoallergenic for use on all skin types. If you have a particular skin sensitivity , feel free to address this during our consultation so I can make sure this is not used during service.

Do you accept tips?

Like any service based business, the standard response is that tips are always appreciated, but never expected. If you would like to tip for your cleaning or massage service, you can do so at checkout if prepaying, or included in payment upon arrival.

I want to make this a monthly or weekly service for myself or someone else, how do I do that?

Routine wellness and caregiving is essential for those that need the extra help. If you would like to set up a schedule for yourself or someone else, please don't hesitate to contact me through the the contact portal and I will assist you in getting routine care set up. Do You Offer Gift Cards?

I do! You can give the gift of wellness here, which includes gifting options like direct send.

Do you bill insurance?

Unfortunately I am not able to bill insurace at this time. I do however keep a secured record of medical grade report of findings (soap notes) to be able to provide to your physical therapist or doctor, should you need to submit additional documents to other practioners.

Can I customize my massage?

You absolutely can.

During your confirmation call, I will go over your services and ask if there is anything specific that we can address and the best treatment plan available. For massage this may include areas of focus, kt tape application or discuss any other requests.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

As a mother of three and caregiver, I fully understand the demands of life and needing to make a cancellation or reschedule.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by calling or texting me directly at 309-718-2233. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of your appointment time receive no penalty, however 3 cancellations made under that time frame will result in potentially canceling any further service.
